MF: What’s your favorite song and why?
Vic: Try a Little Tenderness by Otis Redding. Growing up, my father and I would always listen to soul music and I had a particular fondness for Otis’ raspy voice.
MF: Why did you want to work with Mud Flower?
Vic: I wanted to work with Mud Flower because being a mother myself, I realize the positive and incomparable impact that yoga, mindfulness, and breath work can have on a young mind. It is a necessary skill that is often neglected in general education.

MF: If you could hang out and meditate with one movie star, who would it be?
Vic: Tupac!! We would exchange poetry, do some transcendental meditation. It would be magical!
MF: What would your magic wand wish be?
Vic: That people would realize how simple yet revolutionary it is to extend grace and be kind - to others and ourselves.
MF: What is your mantra?
Vic: It is well with my soul.
MF: What do you want to be when you grow up?
Vic: A librarian. I pretty much lived in books! :)
MF: What would your current self-tell your 20-year-old self?
Vic: Girrrrrl, don’t worry - it’ll all work out. :)
